- W2: $76/hour with benefits available for full time \n
- 1099: $80/hour \n
**Please note that compensation ranges are determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to employment type, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, and market considerations.**
\n \nSupport Students Where They Learn and Grow
\n \nWe are actively hiring Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) for school-based opportunities throughout New York City.
\nOur team works closely with each provider to identify placements that align with their experience, preferred location, schedule, and professional goals. Whether you're seeking a full-time role or additional hours, we offer flexible opportunities across public, private, and charter schools.
\n \nWhat You'll Do:
\n- \n
- Provide individual and group counseling services to students \n
- Support social-emotional development and behavioral goals \n
- Participate in IEP meetings and progress reporting as needed \n
- Maintain accurate electronic documentation \n
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers \n
- Assist with crisis intervention and student support planning when appropriate \n
Qualifications:
\n- \n
- Active New York State LMHC or LCSW License \n
- Strong communication and documentation skills \n
- School-based experience preferred but not required \n
