The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and delivering customer onboarding projects —primarily in mid-market and select enterprise segments. This role ensures implementations are executed on time, within scope, and to R365’s quality standards , while providing a consistent, professional experience for customers throughout the process. 

The Project Manager partners closely with Implementation Specialists, Solutions Architects, and cross-functional teams to keep projects on track, remove blockers, and align stakeholders. While focused on individual project execution, the PM also contributes to process improvements, playbook adoption, and delivery consistency across the Professional Services organization. How you'll add value:

• Manage full project lifecycle from kickoff to go-live, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and quality standards are met. 
• Plan and coordinate resources effectively to achieve project milestones. 
• Facilitate project kickoff meetings and establish clear communication channels with customers and internal teams. 
• Track and report on progress using project management tools (e.g., Monday.com), escalating issues when necessary. 
• Identify risks and blockers early and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve them before they impact timelines or customer experience. 
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation for internal visibility and customer reference. 
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementation, Architecture, Product, and Support to ensure a smooth and successful customer onboarding journey. 
• Contribute to delivery process improvements by sharing feedback and participating in playbook refinement initiatives. 
• Other duties as assigned.

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

• 3+ years of project management experience in SaaS, consulting, or professional services environments, with a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across diverse customer segments.
• Demonstrated success leading customer-facing projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders, ensuring on-time delivery, scope adherence, and high customer satisfaction.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to structure complex projects, manage competing priorities, and consistently deliver against timelines and milestones.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead kickoff meetings, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and clearly communicate progress, risks, and next steps to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches; platforms such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira, or Asana) to effectively manage, track, and report on project health.
• Proven risk management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues early, anticipate potential blockers, and drive collaborative resolution strategies that protect delivery timelines and customer outcomes.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Implementation, Solutions Architecture, Product, and Support teams to ensure alignment, address technical or operational challenges, and deliver a seamless onboarding journey.
• Strong documentation and process discipline, ensuring accurate records of project scope, decisions, and milestones for both internal visibility and customer reference.
• Continuous improvement mindset, with a track record of contributing to delivery playbooks, refining methodologies, and sharing feedback to enhance project execution at scale.
  PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master). 
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality industries. 
• Background in SaaS onboarding or customer success environments.

• This position has a salary range of $96,400K-$120,500K. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location. This role is hybrid, balancing flexibility with the value of in-person collaboration. To support connection, partnership, and team effectiveness, employees are expected to work onsite each Tuesday and Wednesday.
