We are currently seeking dedicated Caregivers in the Downriver area to care for a high-acuity patient requiring 24/7 home and nursing care. This role will be part of a two-person team , working alongside a nurse to provide exceptional care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the client with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  
  
• Prepare meals (must be a competent cook )

• Drive a wheelchair-accessible van (client enjoys outings)

• Provide immediate medical care in emergencies
  
  
• Create a supportive and compassionate environment for both the patient and their family

Requirements:

CPR Certification & Negative TB Test (or Chest X-ray)
Minimum 1 Year of Experience (Home health, primary care clinic, or healthcare facility preferred)
Strong nursing assessment skills
Valid drivers license & proof of auto insurance
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Reliable transportation
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility (standing, walking, bending, etc.)
Experience using a Hoyer Lift
