As a Physical Therapist/Rehab Specialist, you will evaluate and treat patients to improve their physical mobility, function, and overall well-being. You will develop and implement personalized treatment plans, applying therapeutic techniques and exercises to aid recovery and prevent further injury.

White Sands Integrative Medical has been serving the Fort Walton Beach Area for the last 20 years. We offer a wide range of services to help our patients recover from acute and chronic injuries and restore function back to their bodies. Our services include comprehensive exam, digital X-ray, digital Range of Motion testing, Ultrasound guided Joint Injections, Trigger Point Injections, PRP Injections, Human Cellular Tissue Product Injections/Regenerative Medicine, Physical Rehab, Medical Massage, Acupuncture, Chiropractic Manipulation, Custom Foot Orthotics, Kinesiology Taping, Physiotherapy (Ultrasound, Electric Stimulation, traction and Lumbar Axial Decompression).

Responsibilities
Assess patient physical conditions and functional abilities
Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs
Administer therapeutic exercises to enhance mobility and strength
Utilize manual therapy techniques to relieve pain and improve function
Educate patients on exercises and health maintenance strategies
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments and outcomes
Manage and maintain therapeutic equipment
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Provide rehabilitation guidance to support patient recovery goals
