Physician Body Radiologist FT

Full Time | Bergen County, NJ | 10 minutes from NYC We are seeking a skilled and collaborative BodyRadiologist to join our growing imaging team. About the Opportunity Mid-size group with 24 radiologists. Flexible schedule – can be onsite, remote, or hybrid. Coverage is 8-6 first weekend day and 8-1 second weekend day. What your day will look like Interpret a wide range of diagnostic imaging studies, including X‑ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound. Perform image‑guided procedures (e.g., biopsies, drainages) as appropriate. Collaborate with referring physicians to guide patient management. Participate in quality assurance, peer review, and multidisciplinary meetings. Contribute to call coverage as scheduled. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Completion of an ACGME‑accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency Completion of an ACGME‑accredited Diagnostic Radiology fellowship Board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) in Diagnostic Radiology Valid New Jersey medical license (or eligibility to obtain one) AHA or American Red Cross BLS & ACLS certification Strong proficiency in cross‑sectional imaging (CT/MRI) Solid understanding of emergency and inpatient radiology workflows Ability to interpret abdominal, and thoracic imaging Competence in ultrasound interpretation Familiarity with PACS/RIS systems and structured reporting Excellent communication and clinical decision‑making skills Ability to work efficiently in high‑volume environments Why Join Us A respected hospital system serving a diverse and growing community in northern New Jersey.
