About the Role We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media growth strategies, managing content across multiple platforms, collaborating with influencers and content creators, and driving brand engagement for our dental and healthcare brands. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute social media growth strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Create and manage monthly content calendars for all major social media platforms, including: Facebook Instagram TikTok YouTube Other emerging social platforms Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams to ensure timely content delivery. Identify, connect, and build relationships with influencers, creators, and UGC (User‑Generated Content) partners. Plan and manage influencer campaigns, product collaborations, and content partnerships. Conduct customer interviews and collect testimonials for marketing and social media content. Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging content opportunities. Track performance metrics and prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights. Assist in launching campaigns, promotions, and product announcements across social channels. Engage with online communities and help maintain a positive brand presence. Requirements Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience managing social media accounts for brands. Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube growth strategies. Experience working with influencers and UGC creators. Excellent communication and interviewing skills. Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in healthcare, dental, beauty, or DTC brands is a plus. Preferred Skills Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools. Meta Business Suite. TikTok Business Center. Influencer outreach platforms.
