Commercial Loan Operations Specialist

The Commercial Loan Operations Specialist role is responsible for performing a variety of routine and non-routine daily loan operations activities, documentation preparation, and follow-up of commercial loans.

What You'll Do:

• Performs day-to-day loan operations functions for all lending transactions booked by the Commercial Loan Operations Department.
• Interact closely with loan processors and lenders.
• Responsible for booking loans in Silverlake system.
• Prepare and file UCC Continuations.
• Maintain insurance tracking – Communication with members & insurance agents for policy coverage on loan renewals.
• Escrow monitoring and order tax service contracts.
• Handle general Member inquires, both external and internal. Exceed Member expectations by making their needs a priority.
• LaserPro Doc Prep/Review.
• Imaging of loan documents.
• HMDA/Adverse Action reports.
• Construction loan monitoring and disbursements.
• All other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring:

• Two years banking or equivalent experience, preferably in loan operations, with a thorough knowledge of the loan service process
• Requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good verbal & written communication and effective problem-solving skills.
• Time management for understanding the urgency of Member needs.
