Take your next travel assignment with a busy Med/Surg Telemetry Float Team caring for adult acute care patients. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Telemetry RNs seeking competitive pay and consistent scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care for adult Med/Surg and Telemetry patients.
- Float between Med/Surg and Telemetry units based on staffing needs.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and recognize changes in patient condition.
- Perform patient assessments and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
- Deliver safe, patient-centered care throughout each shift.
Must Have
- Active New Jersey RN License (or Compact License if applicable)
- Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry experience
- Current BLS
- Current ACLS
- Recent acute care hospital experience
Nice to Have
- Previous Travel Nursing experience
- Float Pool experience
- BSN
