We are looking for a Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical support for a Non-Profit organization in Greenwood, South Carolina. This Contract position will focus on desktop setup, workstation connectivity, and day-to-day user support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable with physical workstation installations, troubleshooting Windows-based systems, and responding to service requests with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
• Install and connect desktop equipment, including monitors, cables, and peripheral devices at employee workstations.
• Provide on-site technical assistance for Windows 10 systems, resolving common hardware and software issues.
• Respond to service desk tickets and document support activities in a clear and timely manner.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, device configuration, and user access issues to restore productivity quickly.
• Support basic Active Directory tasks such as account assistance, password resets, and access verification.
• Organize and maintain workstation setups under desks and at desk level, ensuring equipment is properly connected and functional.
• Collaborate with internal staff to address technical needs and escalate more complex issues when necessary.• Experience providing desktop or help desk support in a detail-oriented environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Windows 10 troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Active Directory for routine user support tasks.
• Ability to manage and update service desk tickets accurately.
• Strong basic troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Comfortable performing physical workstation setup tasks, including working under desks and handling cables.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach to end-user support.
