JOBDESCRIPTION:

Experiencewithindividual,corporate,partnership,andfiduciarytaxclients,includingreviewingandsigningoftaxreturns.Providingclientswithtax - relatedprojectionsandconsultingasneeded,alongwithgeneraltaxplanning.Workingasapartofateamtosolveproblems,doresearch,andcompleteprojectstimely.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• ReviewU.S.andmulti- stateincometaxreturnsforbusinessentities,includingCcorporations,S - Corporations,partnerships,andfiduciaryreturns.
• ReviewU.S.andstateindividualincomeandgifttaxreturns.
• Preparetaxprojectionsforindividualandbusinessclients.
• Conducttaxresearchasneeded.
• Communicatewithexistingclientsandcolleaguesregardingvarioustaxmatters.
• Engageinconsultingandspecialprojectsasrequestedbyclients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+yearsofrelevanttaxexperience.
• CPALicensepreferred,butEAwouldbeconsidered.
• Experience with Ultra Tax Virtual Office required.
• ExperiencewithNHtaxlawpreferable.
• Abilitytoworkwellindependentlyandwithateam.
• ProficientwithQuickBooksandtrialbalancesoftware.
• Strongverbalandwrittencommunicationskills.
• Strongattentiontodetailandorganizationalskills.
• Abilitytomeetdeadlineswhilehandlingmultipleclientprojectsinafast -pacedenvironment.
