Business Analyst / Project Manager

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst/Project Manager in Petersburg, FL.Summary:You will partner closely with enterprise customers to lead software implementations from discovery through deployment. You will facilitate business workshops, define solution requirements, design scalable business processes, and lead implementation projects that deliver measurable business value.Your Impact:Business Analysis & Solution Design:

• Lead discovery workshops to understand customer objectives, operational challenges, and business requirements
• Analyze current-state business processes, design future-state solutions, and identify opportunities to improve operational performance
• Translate business requirements into high-quality Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, workflow diagrams, and process documentation
• Challenge existing business processes and recommend practical solutions that leverage the capabilities of the Platform
• Partner with Product and Engineering to validate requirements, refine solution designs, and ensure successful implementation
• Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solution decisions balance customer objectives, platform capabilities, and project constraints

Implementation Leadership:

• Lead customer implementations from discovery through deployment, stabilization, and successful customer adoption
• Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects while balancing customer priorities, timelines, and resource constraints
• Develop implementation plans, manage priorities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain project momentum
• Communicate project progress, proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope to ensure successful delivery
• Coordinate testing, user acceptance, deployment, and go-live activities while maintaining a strong customer experience throughout the implementation lifecycle

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Enterprise Software Implementation
• Proven experience leading discovery workshops, gathering business requirements, and documenting complex business processes
• Experience producing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process maps, user stories, and implementation documentation
• Experience delivering SaaS or enterprise software implementations from discovery through successful deployment
• Experience collaborating with software development teams using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies

Ability to:

• Build trust quickly with customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams
• Lead productive workshops that uncover business needs and drive meaningful outcomes
• Translate complex business challenges into practical, scalable software solutions
• Communicate confidently with both business and technical audiences
• Take ownership, work independently, and consistently deliver high-quality results
• Be highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and documentation quality

Preferred Experience:Experience in one or more of the following is considered an asset:

• Procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, or supplier management
• Enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, or similar business applications
• APIs, integrations, workflow automation, or AI-enabled enterprise software
• Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar collaboration platforms

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
