Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Material Handler workers for an HVAC manufacturing company in Maple Grove, MN. In this role, you'll support the safe and efficient movement of materials throughout the facility and help keep production running smoothly. If you enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information! What You'll Do as a Material Handler:

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and delivery vehicles
• Transport materials to production, storage, or shipping areas
• Receive and inspect incoming materials against documentation
• Pick, stage, and prepare materials for shipment or production
• Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance or safety issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What You Need to Bring to the Material Handler Role:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Previous forklift or material handling experience required
• Basic math and documentation skills
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment #BCJobs
