What you'll do

Welcome guests with genuine curiosity and warmth -- understanding what they want before presenting what we have

Guide guests through Toyota's full lineup with growing product knowledge and confidence -- connecting reliability, value, technology, and the expanding hybrid and EV portfolio to what matters most to each buyer

Present vehicles and conduct test drives that bring the Toyota ownership experience to life

Build and maintain a guest pipeline through consistent, disciplined follow-up and CRM use

Collaborate with finance and management to deliver a transparent, pressure-free purchase experience

Meet monthly targets across volume, gross, and CSI

Stay current on Toyota's full lineup, incentive programs, and growing hybrid and EV offerings

What we're looking for

Automotive sales experience preferred -- candidates from hospitality, outdoor and lifestyle industries, financial services, real estate, or other consultative backgrounds encouraged to apply

Toyota or Japanese brand experience a meaningful plus -- product knowledge is trainable, relationship skills are not

Relationship-first approach -- you listen before you present and earn trust before you ask for the sale

Self-motivated with a genuine drive to build a long-term book of repeat and referral buyers

Disciplined CRM habits -- your pipeline stays productive because you work it consistently

Comfortable with digital sales tools and communication -- or quick to learn them

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
