Associate Attorney

Personal Injury Attorney/Full Time Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance bonuses We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing law firm in New Jersey. This role is ideal for an attorney who is passionate about advocating for injured clients and has strong litigation and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of P.I. matters from intake through resolution. Handle cases involving: Motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall/premises liability, workplace injuries, wrongful death. Conduct client consultations and case evaluations Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and adversaries Represent clients in depositions, mediations, and court appearances. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in NJ (required) 1 or plus years of personal injury experience and/or Worker's Compensation (highly recommended) Strong litigation experience (depositions, court appearances) Proven ability to negotiate and maximize case value Excellent communication and client management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
