What You'll Do As an InnoSource Recruiter, no two days are the same. You'll be at the heart of our talent acquisition efforts, making a tangible impact by: Partnering with Clients: Getting to know their teams, culture, and hiring needs so you can deliver candidates who truly fit. Sourcing Top Talent: Proactively identifying and engaging high-caliber candidates for openings across Ohio and nationwide. Driving the Full Talent Acquisition Lifecycle: Reviewing resumes, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and strategically reaching out to passive candidates. Delivering Results: Thriving in a deadline-driven environment to meet client expectations and place top-notch associates. Championing Candidates: Coaching and supporting candidates through every step of their transition into new roles. Collaborating as a Team: Working alongside colleagues in a non-competitive, uplifting environment where everyone succeeds together. What We're Looking For Experience: 1+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related people-facing role. Strong backgrounds in retail, customer service, or contact center environments are also valued. Education: Bachelor's degree required. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a natural ability to build rapport, and a genuine enthusiasm for talent acquisition and helping others succeed.
