We are currently seeking a Front Office Specialist to join our team. Worried you don't have any experience? No problem, our rockstar front desk team is willing to train the right candidate. You'll be a great fit if you find joy in : Answering phone calls from patients, referring doctors and vendors Having face to face interactions with patients to verify demographic and health insurance information Updating data in an Electronic Health Record Collecting payments of all types including cash, checks, and credit cards Prepping paperwork, mailings, and clerical duties Scheduling appointments and managing the office schedule What you get: We understand the importance of work-life balance and want our team members to thrive personally and professionally.
