We’re hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for 3rd Shift, and we’re especially looking for people who can work Mondays and Wednesdays. No experience? No problem. We provide paid training (on 2nd & 3rd shift) and ongoing support, so you feel confident and prepared.

As a DSP, you'll
- Support individuals with autism to live more independently
- Encourage communication, choices, and confidence
- Help with daily living needs (like hygiene and routines)
- Create a positive, safe, empowering environment
- Document services clearly and on time
- Bring creativity, patience, and compassion to every shift
What You Need
- Positivity, empathy, and patience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- MUST have a High School diploma or GED
- MUST have a Valid Driver’s License (eligible for insurance)
- MUST be able to commit to Day time orientation
- MUST be able to train on 2nd Shift for the 1st month
