Clinical Pharmacist – Cardiology DecentralizedInova Fairfax Hospital is seeking a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist – Cardiology Decentralized to join the team. This role will be full-time Monday – Friday, evening rotating shift, no weekends. Participates in the performance appraisal of Pharmacy Support personnel.Organizes and prioritizes work assignments. Ensures Pharmacy services are provided in a timely manner as evidenced by lack of complaints.Minimum Qualifications:Work schedule: 8-hour shift (Monday – Friday Evening shift, no weekends).Education: Bachelor degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD).Experience: One (1) year working in a hospital as a Pharmacist.Licensure: Licensed Pharmacist in the state of VA.Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire.Preferred Qualifications:PGY 1 and PGY 2 cardiology residency experience.
