DescriptionKforce has a client in Sunrise, FL that is seeking a Recruiter to work 3 days a week onsite.Summary:We are seeking an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to join a specialized talent acquisition team supporting a large, global financial services organization. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who has experience working in a structured, fast-paced, and compliance-focused environment. You will partner with hiring leaders, legal stakeholders, and talent acquisition colleagues to support recruiting activities while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established processes.Responsibilities:* Manage recruiting activities across assigned requisitions* Review resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications* Conduct candidate screens and manage candidates throughout the recruiting process* Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders* Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent candidate communication* Monitor recruiting timelines, documentation, and key milestones* Identify potential compliance, documentation, or process risks* Maintain accurate and audit-ready recruiting records* Support reporting, tracking, and continuous process improvementRequirements* 2+ years of Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, HR, or Recruitment Operations experience* Experience with candidate screening, resume review, interview coordination, and/or requisition management* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines* Comfortable working in a highly regulated and compliance-focused environment* Experience with ATS and recruiting systems preferred* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and TeamsJob TypeContractCompensation35 - $38
