Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Social Media Marketing Manager for a growing and innovative financial services organization based in Scottsdale, Arizona. This is an exciting opportunity for a growth-focused marketing professional to lead content strategy, audience development, and lead generation initiatives for an established firm with a strong reputation and ambitious growth goals. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to build and scale digital marketing programs that directly impact business growth and client acquisition. POSITION OVERVIEW The Social Media Marketing Manager will own top‑of‑funnel marketing efforts designed to increase visibility, engagement, and qualified lead generation across multiple digital channels. This individual will develop content strategies, manage social media growth initiatives, oversee digital campaigns, and optimize performance to drive measurable business results. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, content creator, and growth marketer with a strong understanding of direct‑response marketing and audience development.
