Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current and valid state Speech-Language Pathologist license (required)
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Previous experience in K-12 school settings preferred, but strong clinical SLPs considered
  • Proficient in providing both direct and indirect services to diverse student populations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for family, staff, and student collaboration
  • Ability to work as part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to students in accordance with IEPs
  • Conduct assessments, develop relevant intervention plans, and track student progress
  • Cooperate closely with teachers, specialists, and families to support student success
  • Maintain thorough documentation and participate in necessary meetings and reporting
  • Utilize advisory resources and clinical support provided to ensure best practices
  • Adapt to a mix of on-site, local travel, or potential virtual service models as needed
