We are one of the West Valley’s premier dealerships, and we’re expanding our team. We don't expect you to know everything on day one, but we do look for people with a great work ethic, a natural curiosity, and the drive to succeed.

What the Day-to-Day Looks Like:

At Surprise Ford, our most successful salespeople don't wait for customers to walk through the door—they build their own success by creating appointments and building relationships.

• Proactive Outreach: You’ll spend time every day reaching out to prospects via phone, text, and email to schedule showroom appointments.
• Guiding the Customer: You’ll lead customers through the "Road to the Sale"—listening to their needs through thoughtful questions, showing them options, and helping them find the right fit.
• Product Expertise: You’ll dive deep into the Ford lineup (from new trucks and SUVs to our pre-owned inventory) so you can speak confidently to every buyer.
• Follow-Up & Relationship Building: Staying organized and staying in touch with leads to turn potential buyers into lifelong customers.

What We’re Looking For:

We want energetic team members who are ready to put in the work and learn the business.

• Car & People Enthusiasts: You're naturally friendly, confident on the phone, and genuinely like talking about vehicles.
• Strong Work Ethic: You’re self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable making outbound calls every day.
• West Valley Resident: Ideally, you live in or very near the West Valley (Surprise, Peoria, Glendale, Goodyear, etc.) for a smooth, manageable commute.
• Flexible Schedule: Available to work variable shifts during our business hours (Mon–Sat 8am–9pm, Sun 9am–6pm). Success in sales takes dedication and time!
• Basic Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable driving record, and a clean background (no prior arrests, misdemeanors, or felonies).
