What this job involves- Planning and organizing - establish course of action to accomplish goals and evaluates results, develops schedules and task/people assignments, can orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish goals, uses resources effectively and efficiently Update and maintain client reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annually cadence Data Management - Ability to process large amounts of data in an organized manner. Technical Learning - Picks up on technical things quickly; can learn new skills and knowledge; is good at learning new industry, company, product, or technical knowledge; does well in technical courses and seminars. Highly proficient (Advanced Skills) with Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, SQL are a plus. Demonstrated information management, analytics, and data profiling skills Ability to work with various levels of peers including analysts, developers and executives regarding complex business and data related issues. Demonstrated ability to facilitate projects. Manage task timelines and deliverable schedules, recognize, and share risks and roadblocks. Good understanding of data quality management. Knowledge of data governance and how it impacts business processes. Willingness to support process improvement initiatives Provide finance team support as needed Requirements: Successful candidates will possess a preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with minimum 2-3 years of experience Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders, including internal finance team and client business leadership Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills Must be a self-starter with the ability to excel in a fast paced and customer service oriented environment Strong attention to detail with the ability to understand big picture Flexible and adaptable to tasks assigned A high degree of proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft office applications. PeopleSoft and Oracle knowledge is plus. This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Estimated compensation for this position: 118,250.00 - 125,775.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
