Warehouse Management System SpecialistKey Responsibilities:• Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues within the WMS, including system errors, and data discrepancies.• Data Accuracy: Maintain the integrity of WMS data, ensuring accurate inventory levels, order information, and other critical data.• User Support: Provide technical support to warehouse personnel on WMS usage, addressing questions, and resolving issues.• Collaboration: Work closely with operations, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of WMS with other systems and processes.• Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of WMS procedures, processes, and troubleshooting steps.Skills and Qualifications:• WMS Experience: Strong understanding of WMS principles and experience with warehouse management systems (e.g., Any WMS Product). 4-10 Years of experience.• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues related to WMS and warehouse operations.• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions to improve warehouse operations.• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.• Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer usage and knowledge of relevant software and systems.• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
