About the Role Our client is seeking a hands-on and experienced Construction Foreman to lead daily operations on various construction sites in and around Welkom . You will be responsible for supervising a crew of skilled tradespeople and labourers, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a strong work ethic and a deep understanding of construction trades, committed to driving project success from the ground up. This role is crucial for maintaining productivity and ensuring the successful execution of building projects within the Free State province. You will be the primary on-site supervisor, managing workflow and team performance. Key Responsibilities Supervise and direct the daily activities of the construction crew on site. Ensure all work performed is of the highest quality and adheres to project specifications and building codes. Implement and enforce strict safety regulations and protocols on the job site. Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of tasks. Manage site logistics, including material handling and equipment deployment. Provide on-the-job training and guidance to crew members. Requirements Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar supervisory role. Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
