Human Resources Generalist

We’re seeking a forward-thinking, hands-on Human Resources Generalist to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide broad HR support and collaborate with colleagues across the HR team and the business. You’ll be a trusted “go-to” partner who can manage detailed reporting, support employee programs, and help drive key HR initiatives in a fast-paced, international environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare,validate,andmaintainheadcountandotherworkforcereportsfor FinanceandAccounting. Develop,maintain,andanalyzeHRreportsanddashboards;identifytrendsand ensuredataaccuracy. Administeremployeebenefitsprograms,includingenrollments,eligibility,vendor coordination,andemployeecommunications. Supportthecompany’s401(k)planadministration,includingenrollment,employeequestions,vendorcoordination,andrequiredreporting. Assistwiththedevelopment,implementation,andcommunicationofHRpolicies, procedures andprograms. CoordinateinternationalHRactivitiesandworkwithinternalteamsandexternal partnerstosupportemployeesacrossmultiplelocations. CollaboratewiththeHRteamandbusinesspartnerstoplananddeliverHR projects. Leadandsupportmergersandacquisitions,includingHRduediligence,planning,andintegrationactivities. Managemultipleprioritiesandspecialprojects,adjustingasbusinessneeds evolve. Maintainaccurate,confidentialemployeerecordsandHRdata. Performotherdutiesasneeded. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’sdegreeorequivalentcombinationofeducationandrelevantexperience AtleastfiveyearsofexperienceinHumanResources,ideallywithexposureto benefits,retirementplans,HRreporting,orinternationalHR. StrongMicrosoftExcelskills,includingPivotTables,VLOOKUP,datavalidation, andreporting.Experiencecreatingrecurringreportsordashboardsisaplus. ProficiencywithMicrosoftOffice;experiencewithHRISandbenefitsor401(k) administrationplatformsispreferred. Abilitytousesoundjudgmentandmakepracticalrecommendationsconsistent withcompanypolicies,establishedpractices,andapplicablelaws. Stronganalyticalskillsandcloseattentiontodetail,particularlywhenworkingwithemployeedataandreports. Excellentwritten,verbal,andinterpersonalcommunicationskills. Strongorganizationalskillsandtheabilitytoprioritizework,managecompeting deadlines,andhandleconfidentialinformationwithdiscretion. Acollaborative,adaptableapproachandtheabilitytoworkeffectivelywith employeesandstakeholdersatalllevels.
