Bettendorf Community School District is seeking a compassionate, student-centered professional to join us as a full-time Elementary School Counselor at Mark Twain Elementary for the 2026–2027 school year. Terms of Employment Contract Salary: $50,000 (MA, Step 0; based on the 2025–2026 salary schedule) Qualifications Master’s Degree in School Counseling or related field. Valid Iowa School Counselor License with K12 Professional School Counselor endorsement. Demonstrated successful experience working with elementary-aged students preferred. Knowledge of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), social-emotional learning, and crisis response practices preferred. Must be able to provide required I-9 documentation to verify eligibility to work in the United States.
