ROLESUMMARY

TheGeneralManager willbe responsible forleadership and supervision of store personnel, inventorytracking and management, achieving key performancemetricsand ensuringtheefficientdailyoperations of the store.This roleis responsible forensuringregulatory compliancewhile deliveringexceptionalcustomer experience.

KEYDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and implement strategies to driveservice standards and positive sales results
• Maintainbrand standardsin visual merchandising
• Ensure consistentregulatory compliancewith all state specificregulations
• Review, communicate and ensure compliance withall company SOPsand assure that any changes are communicated to employees
• Evaluateemployeeperformanceandidentifyhiringandtrainingneeds
• Provide coaching, training, and developmentto the team that is focused on company service standards and accountability to meetspecific objectives
• Monitorandmaintainstoreinventory
• Responsible for handling and resolving patient issues and escalations
• Maintain professional working relationships with business partners
• Schedule effectively withinlaborbudget to meet the needs of the business
• Maintainstrictconfidentialityandcompliance
• Perform other tasks that have been assigned by management

SKILLSANDQUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’sdegreepreferred,fouryearsrelatedexperienceand/ortraining orequivalentcombinationofeducationandexperience
• Priormanagementexperience,preferably inretailand/orcustomerserviceareais aplus
• Musthavepriorcashhandlingexperience
• Mustpossesstheabilitytotrain,developandevaluateateam of40+employees
• Strong interpersonal skillsand professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; abilityto upholda strictlevelof confidentialityand discretion
• Able to communicate in conversational Englishtowork effectively with customers and team members,operateelectronicequipment(computer,scanner, printer,etc.),comprehendsafetyprocedures,andutilizetelecommunicationdevices
• Provenabilitytoanalyzedataanddrawappropriateconclusionstoinformpolicies andprocedures
• Abilitytointeract with customers and team members respectfully and politely

• Mustbeatleast21yearsof age
• Must function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies
• Must be able to relate to and work withpatrons of different ages, abilities, and patrons that at times are experiencing emotional distress, or displaying a hostile attitude

PHYSICALREQUIREMENTs

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is:

• Constantly required to move/traverse throughout entire facility, includingtightspaces
• Accurately communicate and exchange sensitive information and ideas with others, including members of the public;observe/inspect details at varying ranges;operatecomputing devices
• Frequently required to manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights (e.g., products, packaging, tools, office machinery): push/pull objects up to 50lbs; lift/carry/position objects up to 50lbs.; ascend/descend stool/ladder/steps; positionself and/orobjects at floor level (e.g., crouch, stoop, kneel, crawl)
• Must have visual and auditory acuity with or without aids to perform all functions of the position
• Occasionally required to remain in a seated position

WORKSCHEDULE

45+hours weeklywithflexiblehoursdependingonstoreneeds.Mustbeavailabletoworkevenings,weekends,andholidays.
