Ironwood Cancer & Research Centers: Beautiful state‑of‑the‑art integrated Cancer and Women's Centers Location: Goodyear, Arizona -travel to other locations required Full‑Time | Day Shift | Competitive Pay + Benefits What You’ll Do: Assist in pre- and post-operative care for gynecology patients Prepare exam rooms and surgical instruments Prepares and maintains supplies and equipment for treatments; strong understanding of sterile techniques. Must possess excellent sterile technique. Support minor in‑office procedures and wound care; specimen collection Coordinate patient education and follow‑up appointments Maintain accurate medical records and documentation; process referrals as needed Performs administrative or clerical duties as assigned including chart prep, scheduling, data entry, phone calls, and patient registration What We’re Looking For: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)- Only candidates who currently hold a valid Medical Assistant certification or the ability to obtain within 90 days will be considered Experience in surgical or women's health settings highly preferred 1-2 years of MA experience in a fast‑paced setting Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills Compassionate, team‑oriented, and adaptable personality EMR experience and computer proficiency a plus Positive, professional attitude with a team‑first mindset and a passion for oncology care Why Join Us?
