Copeland Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced veterinarian to join our evening emergency services team in Cookeville, TN. At Copeland Veterinary Hospital, you'll practice elevated medicine through our walk-in ER model while being supported by an experienced veterinary team and highly trained technicians. Whether you are already practicing emergency medicine or are a GP veterinarian eager to grow your emergency and surgical skills, this role offers the perfect blend of professional development and work-life balance.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: Base salary: $120,000–$160,000 + production (no negative accrual). Up to $50,000 sign-on bonus for experienced veterinarians. Up to $10,000 relocation assistance.

Qualifications

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent. Experienced General Practice or Emergency Veterinarian. Active Tennessee veterinary license preferred (licensure transfer assistance available). Interest in emergency medicine, urgent care, and surgery. Surgical experience. Strong communication and client service skills. Team-oriented mindset and commitment to high-quality patient care.
