You will contribute to achieving the branch’s sales and service goals by: helping clients; identifying financial needs; and offering appropriate services. You will expand relationships by developing expertise in consumer and business banking and serving as a trusted advisor. You will support the Branch Manager in coaching and developing team members in these same areas. You will participate and serve in the community, ensuring the Bank’s visibility. May travel or relocate to other branches, change schedule, and perform other duties as needed.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; college, business, banking or professional training helpfulOne - two years’ experience in sales, retail banking, lending, customer service and/or operationsDemonstrated computer literacyThe base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Leader Bank salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.Salary Minimum: 56,517.18 - Salary Max: 84,775.26The range listed is just one component of Leader Bank’s total compensation package for team members. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, commissions, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
