Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold an active Florida SLPA license
• Previous experience as an SLPA in educational or healthcare settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to effectively support students with mild to moderate speech impairments
• Passion for developing young learners communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Provide individual and small group interventions for a caseload of approximately 40 middle school students
• Implement therapy plans, track progress, and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success in the classroom
• Participate in team meetings, IEP processes, and school-related functions as needed
