Recruiting Manager

Overview Capital Vacations is seeking a Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our talent acquisition methods and strategies. The role involves finding, attracting, and hiring new talent to meet the company’s workforce needs and goals. Job Duties & Responsibilities Develop recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels. Meet with managers to develop specific recruiting plans. Develop and maintain professional relationships with college, university, and community college placement offices to generate qualified applicants. Direct the efforts of employment agencies and search firms, including negotiating and controlling employment‑related fees. Schedule and attend job/career fairs with appropriate staff to generate qualified applicants. Provide information on company operations and job opportunities to potential applicants. Screens and refers qualified applicants to hiring manager for interviewing. May provide initial screening to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements. Arrange travel and lodging for applicants, if necessary. Qualifications Demonstrate effective business and leadership skills. Identify which applicants are best suited for specific job roles and have the greatest potential for success. Apply proven strategies for attracting, assessing, and acquiring personnel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Great interpersonal and communication skills. Understanding and familiarity with Recruitment Marketing. Experience in Employer Branding methods.
