We're looking for an energetic, people-oriented HR & Talent Acquisition Manager who is passionate about finding exceptional mortgage professionals and helping us build a high-performing team. Position Summary As our HR & Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for proactively identifying, recruiting, and qualifying top mortgage professionals. This is not a passive recruiting role. We are looking for someone who enjoys networking, building relationships, and confidently reaching out to potential candidates to introduce them to the opportunities available at EquiMax Mortgage. You will serve as the first impression of our company, helping candidates understand our culture, value proposition, compensation model, technology, and support while ensuring they are a strong fit for our expectations and long-term vision. Talent Sourcing & Recruiting Actively identify and source qualified mortgage professionals through LinkedIn, social media, industry events, networking, referrals, and recruiting platforms. Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates. Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to prospective candidates. Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract top-producing Loan Officers, Branch Managers, and Mortgage Professionals. Candidate Engagement Present EquiMax Mortgage's value proposition with confidence and enthusiasm. Build genuine relationships with prospective candidates. Educate candidates about our technology, support systems, culture, compensation, and growth opportunities. Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the recruiting process. Interview Coordination Schedule interviews between candidates and leadership. Prepare candidates for interviews. Maintain communication throughout the hiring process. Ensure every candidate has an exceptional experience. Candidate Qualification Screen candidates to determine cultural fit, production history, motivation, professionalism, and alignment with company expectations. Evaluate communication skills, business development ability, and long-term growth potential. Present qualified candidates to leadership with interview notes and recommendations. HR & Onboarding Support Assist with onboarding newly hired team members. Support employee engagement initiatives. Qualifications Previous recruiting, HR, talent acquisition, or business development experience preferred. Mortgage industry experience is highly preferred. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations with professionals. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Organized with excellent follow-up skills. Self-motivated and results-driven. Ability to work independently while managing multiple recruiting efforts.
