Automotive Service Cashier

Automotive Service Cashier Join Our Team! We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Automotive Service Cashier to join our busy dealership/service department. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent attention to detail, we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities Greet customers with a positive and professional attitude. Process service repair invoices and accept payments accurately. Balance and reconcile daily cash, credit card, and check transactions. Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department. Schedule service appointments as needed. Maintain accurate customer records and process paperwork. Assist the Service Advisors and management team with administrative tasks. Provide exceptional customer service before, after, and during each visit. Help maintain a clean and welcoming customer waiting area. Qualifications Previous cashier, customer service, or administrative experience preferred. Automotive dealership or service department experience is a plus, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office; dealership management system experience is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
