Service Support Representative
Our client, a leader in supporting the biotech and pharmaceutical industries, is seeking a Service Support Representative to join their team. As a Service Support Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the global service organization. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Service Support Representative
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Pay Range: $35.00
Shift: Days 8am-5pm
What's the Job?
- Serve as the initial point of contact for external customer inquiries, ensuring requests are accurately captured and routed.
- Facilitate intake of customer complaints, return material authorization (RMA) requests, and general information requests.
- Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams, providing timely updates and follow-up.
- Work closely with Service, Technical Support, Quality, Commercial, and Order Management teams to support seamless handoffs.
- Accurately document customer interactions and support reporting and process documentation efforts.
What's Needed?
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in biotech or pharma fields.
- Knowledge of MS Office and experience working with ERP systems.
- Salesforce experience is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess requests and determine escalation needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
