Responsibilities Schedules and confirms departmental procedures in collaboration with appropriate personnel, ensuring alignment with the current hospital physician privilege list. Reviews and verifies procedure schedules on a daily and ongoing basis to ensure accuracy. Coordinates the availability of shared equipment with patient care and service areas during the scheduling process. Effectively manages a high volume of incoming calls and scheduling activity. Demonstrates strong communication skills when interacting with staff, providers, and departments.
