Reporting to the Managing Director, Product Solutions & Services, this role is accountable for defining and delivering the end-to-end product, technology, and operations strategy across assigned product portfolios within US & Bermuda and Programs & Solutions. The Director leads across multiple products and value streams, aligning business priorities with technology solutions and operational execution to drive speed to market, scalability, and customer experience outcomes. Markel does not provide visa sponsorship for this position, now or in the future.Pay information:The base salary offered for the successful candidate will be based on compensable factors such as job-relevant education, job-relevant experience, training, licensure, demonstrated competencies, geographic location, and other factors.
