Life Enrichment Manager

At Sunrise Senior Living we champion the quality of life for seniors. As a Life Enrichment Manager, you create personalized Life Skills experiences that foster purpose, familiarity, and meaningful moments for residents living with memory loss. Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines Organize small groups and enrichment clubs Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities Document participation per quality standards Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement Assist residents to and from programs and activities Qualifications 1+ year experience working with memory‑impaired seniors High School Diploma or GED; minimum age 18 Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability Experience leading group activities preferred Compensation Pay Range: 16.00 - 19.75 Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Plans Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistant Program / Discount Program Paid time off (PTO), sick time, and holiday pay myFlexPay offered to get paid within hours of a shift Tuition Reimbursement In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses.
