Regional Hospice Admissions RN — Care Coordinator

A leading hospice care provider in North Carolina is seeking a Regional Hospice Admissions Nurse (RN) to evaluate and admit patients according to Medicare guidelines. This full-time position requires strong communication and organizational skills along with current RN licensure and one year of clinical nursing experience. The selected candidate will develop individual care plans and coordinate necessary patient services while traveling regionally to provide home-based care.
