We not only provide lots of leads but proven training and mentor support to ensure your success. Our marketing tools and administrative support will allow you to do what you do best--SELL. Compensation:
119,500
Responsibilities:
Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
Follow-up with leads to increase sales
Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
Qualifications:
Must have a valid Real Estate License
Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
Show good organizational and time management skills
Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
A successful and proven sales history is preferred
