What You’ll Do

As an Insurance & Financial Services Representative, you’ll work directly with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions. You will:

• Deliver personalized insurance and financial service solutions based on each customer’s goals and circumstances
• Conduct needs assessments and risk evaluations to identify appropriate products and strategies
• Build lasting customer relationships through responsive, transparent, and thoughtful communication
• Identify opportunities to help customers protect their families, assets, and financial futures
• Collaborate with a supportive team to provide a seamless customer experience
• Stay informed about insurance products, industry trends, and applicable regulations
• Help advance our goal of becoming each customer’s one-stop resource for insurance and financial services

What We’re Looking For

We’re interested in candidates who are personable, motivated, dependable, and comfortable having conversations that lead to solutions.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong relationship-building and customer service abilities
• Sales-minded, goal-oriented approach
• Property & Casualty license, or the ability to obtain one
• Life & Health license, or the ability to obtain one
• A collaborative attitude and desire to contribute to a positive, family-oriented workplace
