Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP
• Prior experience in a school setting or working with adolescent populations preferred
• Understanding of IEP processes, documentation, and progress monitoring
• Strong collaboration abilities for working with teachers, families, and diverse student populations
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments and interpret evaluation results
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for middle school students
• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions
• Maintain accurate records, progress updates, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate regularly with educational staff to support student goals and classroom success
• Foster an inclusive, positive environment that addresses a variety of speech-language and communication needs
• Provide timely updates and support to caregivers and team members
