As a Server at 1830 Chophouse, you'll be more than just a menu guideyou'll be a trusted host, a storyteller, and the face of our restaurant. You'll guide guests through their meal with poise, professionalism, and genuine warmth, making sure every visit feels like a special occasion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, personalized service to all guests
• Offer thoughtful menu and beverage recommendations
• Take and enter orders with precision and efficiency
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen and support staff
• Maintain a polished, clean, and organized section
• Proactively assist teammates to ensure smooth operations
• Process payments accurately and handle guest concerns with care

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of restaurant server experience (fine dining strongly preferred)
• Comfortable discussing wine, cocktails, and upscale menu items
• High attention to detail and a passion for great service
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Compensation: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
