The household comprises of a remote Chief of Staff, part time housekeeper and weekday and weekend chef. We are representing a client in seeking a highly detail-oriented and professional Weekend Personal Assistant to support the Principal at his residence in Berkeley, CA. This role is primarily focused on the meticulous execution of a complex health and wellness protocol. Responsible for supplement administration and the seamless coordination of healthcare and fitness treatments. Key Responsibilities Administration: Administer a high-volume supplement protocol across multiple daily intervals. Inventory: Keep track of an extensive supplement protocol to ensure no interruptions in the schedule. Treatments: Set up and facilitate various healthcare and fitness-related treatments as required by the Principal. Service: Serve meals and collect plates. Experience Requirements 2 or more years working in a private home with verifiable references Educational Requirements College Qualifications Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to maintain absolute discretion and professional boundaries in a private home environment. Reliability for weekend shifts.
