Join a respected compounding pharmacy in the Dallas area (Highland Village / Frisco) as a Sterile Compounding Pharmacist. Flexible schedules are available, with 2nd and 3rd shifts highly preferred . Job Highlights Pay: $160,000–$185,000/year (based on experience and shift) Shifts Available: 2nd and 3rd shift preferred (1st shift also available) Employment Type: Full-time or part-time Location: Dallas, TX – Highland Village and Frisco Responsibilities Prepare sterile compounded medications in compliance with USP , USP , and cGMP regulations Maintain sterility through aseptic technique, gowning, and ISO-classified cleanroom procedures Review prescriptions and compound records for therapeutic accuracy and patient safety Oversee and verify sterile production, documentation, and labeling Perform final product verification and release (when authorized) Support audits, compliance reviews, and continuous quality improvement processes Mentor and train technicians on sterile compounding and documentation procedures Manage accurate inventory and ensure proper handling of APIs and sterile components Requirements PharmD or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution Minimum 2 years of USP sterile compounding experience (503A, 503B, or hospital IV room) Proficiency with laminar flow hoods, aseptic gowning, and cleanroom operations Familiarity with USP and cGMP protocols Sterile compounding training required; CSPT or CE certifications preferred Strong documentation, quality assurance, and communication skills Apply Today If you’re an experienced Sterile Compounding Pharmacist seeking a rewarding opportunity on 2nd or 3rd shift , apply today.
