You Have: Experience managing programs utilizing rapid fielding or rapid prototyping frameworks Knowledge of defensive cybersecurity operations and operational technology protection architectures Ability to travel up to 20% of the time Secret clearance Bachelor's degree and 14+ years of experience in program and project management, or Master's degree and 10+ years of experience in program and project management Nice If You Have: 3+ years of experience supporting defense program offices in managing rapid-response or urgent operational need programs 3+ years of experience supporting a Navy Systems Program Office, including NAVWAR, NAVSEA, or NAVAIR Experience transitioning rapid prototyping efforts into formal systems or programs of record Knowledge of cloud-based secure operating environments or sof tware-defined infrastructure platforms Ability to lead cross-functional engineering, testing, and operations teams to meet accelerated delivery schedules Top Secret clearance Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act ( DAWIA ) Level III Certification Project Management Professional ( PMP ) Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
