Become a Family Medicine Physician with our organization, serving the friendly rural areas of Elroy and Friendship in Wisconsin. This outpatient-focused role provides a distinctive combination of clinical responsibilities and dedicated research time, enabling you to significantly influence patient health while investigating population health issues that resonate with you. As a member of a collaborative care team, you will play a vital role in enhancing healthcare access and outcomes in these communities.

• Focus exclusively on outpatient care

• Full-time position, 1.0 FTE (40 hours weekly: 32 hours for patient care, 8 hours for research)

• Work schedule from Monday to Friday

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered primary care at clinics in Elroy and Friendship

• Collaborate with nursing and administrative teams to promote prevention and foster long-term patient relationships

• Allocate 20% of your time to research or community initiatives that align with population health priorities through the Orion Program

• Engage in teaching and mentoring medical students, residents, or clinical staff as part of our educational mission

• Interact with the community to enhance health outcomes and encourage innovation in rural healthcare delivery
