Accountant

Plant Accountant to join its corporate headquarters team in Madison Heights. This is a highly visible role that partners closely with operations and leadership, supporting financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and month-end activities across manufacturing operations. This position is based in the corporate office and is not located on the plant floor. Responsibilities Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and operational reports. Support month-end close, account reconciliations, and variance analysis. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Partner with operations leaders to provide insights into plant performance and costs. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting policies. Utilize NetSuite and Excel to generate reports, analyze data, and support decision-making. Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting efficiencies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Experience in manufacturing, cost accounting, or plant accounting environments preferred. Proficiency with NetSuite and intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
