Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager

What You'll Do

As our F&I Manager, you will:

• Guide customers through financing and protection product options with professionalism and transparency.
• Secure financing through lending partners while maximizing profitability.
• Present and sell F&I products including service contracts, GAP, maintenance plans, and ancillary products.
• Ensure all deals are accurate, compliant, and funded in a timely manner.
• Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and lender compliance requirements.
• Work closely with the sales team to create a seamless customer experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and product providers.
• Meet and exceed performance goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive Finance & Insurance experience required.
• Proven track record of strong production and customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of dealership management systems and lender portals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• High level of integrity and commitment to compliance.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, customer-focused dealership.
